Step 2: Collins Advisory will prepare a simple formal Mandate document covering the above, for you to sign

Step 3: We will mutually agree a Fee Payment Schedule that is based on outcomes

Collins Advisory has essentially a Consulting Model for fees: with payments upon engagement; upon reaching each milestone; and on completion of the assignments. The majority of the fees are based on successful outcomes.

Alternatively, work on a Retainer, or Time and Materials basis, may be more applicable for some particular assignments.
